Self-Compassion Teachers for Teens

Teens and those who support them don’t have to learn self-compassion alone. This directory connects you with trained professionals who teach mindful self-compassion for teens. Many offer individual sessions, groups, workshops, or school-based programs—online or in your community.

We’ve trained teachers in Ireland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, South Korea, China, Australia, Canada, and the U.S.
